GREAT MONUMENTS AND LANDMARKS OF THE WORLD
Mondays (7 weeks ~ no class on Labor Day)

Monday students - 7-11 years old
(students are divided into two learning groups)
Tuesday students - 5-7 years old
In this engaging project class designed for kids, students will explore some of the world’s most famous landmarks and monuments, including the Statue of Liberty, Lincoln Memorial, and Mount Rushmore in the United States. Beyond our borders, we will learn about the Eiffel Tower, the Moai of Easter Island, and Egypt’s Sphinx. Each monument tells a story about the people, history, and ideas of its time.
This educational project will help students discover where these monuments are located, why they were built, and the symbolism they represent. Through maps, models, art projects, and hands-on activities, students will learn how monuments reflect culture and important moments in history.
The class culminates in a Monumental Tour on September 28th and 29th, where students share their knowledge and showcase the monuments they have studied, making it a memorable part of our Fall 2026 classes.
AFRICAN ADVENTURES

As part of our Fall 2026 classes, this educational project class invites students to explore the vast and fascinating continent of Africa, filled with incredible landscapes, wildlife, and cultures. Throughout this project class for kids, students will delve into Africa’s diverse biomes—from savannas and rainforests to deserts and mountains. We’ll discover great rivers like the Nile and Congo and learn about geographical wonders such as the Sahara Desert and Mount Kilimanjaro.
Students will also experience African culture through traditional games, art, and hands-on projects inspired by the continent’s many regions. Through maps, building activities, and creative work, students will gain a deeper understanding of Africa’s geography, people, and natural world.
