Family Camps for campers 3-5 years old - $30
These camps are family friendly, meaning that they are quick (2 hours), one morning (not a big commitment), siblings are welcome, a caregiver stays with the child, and all the activities are geared toward our youngest learners. We are proud that our family camps are some of the only summer camps in the Greenville area for the youngest campers. Many families come to camp to check out our space, and see if our Fall Early Nature School classes may be something their child would enjoy. Please see specific camp descriptions below.
Nature School Camp for campers 5-7 years old - $135
These camps are made especially for campers who are ready for drop off, and some independence, but need a safe, kind and nurturing environment. We have a lot of fun, throw in some play based learning, build in time for free play, mud kitchen magic, a lot of movement and serious fun. For Roots and Wings Nature School, this is "prime time", our sweet spot in educating and entertaining kids. Please see specific camp descriptions below.
Nature School for Bigs for campers 8-11 years old - $135
We call it "Camps for Bigs", but we don't think they are too old for silliness, belly laughs, pure curiosity, funky creativity, building forts or making up games. We value a slow and long childhood at Roots and Wings, and we have no interest in growing kids too quickly. Here, campers can be themselves. Friendships can grow. Ideas can be shared and kids work together. This is such a fun, vibrant, inquisitive and beautiful age for kids, and we embrace that. Please see specific camp descriptions below.

We are inspired by our student's interest in pollinators and pollinator gardens. Students will learn how to support local wildlife, the importance of our keystone plants for pollinators in our area, and help create a monarch waystation.
